At Bainbridge International, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Non-Business Days: We do not process or ship orders on weekends, holidays, or during unexpected disruptions (e.g., severe weather, operational delays).
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- Delays & Exceptions: While we make every effort to meet our shipping timelines, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
- FOB Bainbridge International: we are not responsible for damage in transit.
- All orders of $500 or more will require a signature upon delivery.
