We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, unless non-returnable.
• Condition: Items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging and materials.
• Authorization: A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before sending back any item. Please contact us to obtain an RA number.
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• FOB Bainbridge International: we are not responsible for damage in transit.
• Non-Returnable Items: Winches, Furlers, Life Rafts and Clearance Items are non-returnable.
